I’ve always been drawn to love, the deep, joyful, once in a lifetime kind. After getting married and experiencing the magic of my own wedding day, I knew I wanted to help others capture those same feelings. That’s how Pearl Tide began, from a desire to preserve real, beautiful moments that couples can hold onto forever.
get to know me
When I'm not hiding behind a camera, I love nothing more than being outside walking my gorgeous dog Penny with my husband! The beach is my favourite place and nothing beats the smell of fresh sea air, especially in the winter when you're wrapped up warm with a cuppa in hand!
Since I can remember I have loved all things creative and put a lot of my energy into dancing competitively which I continued into my late 20s. I'm always keen for those great dance floor shots at the end of the night!
Things I love:
- Films - I love most! From the nostalgia of Mean Girls and Harry Potter to the class of Oppenheimer and the Green Book.
- Food - you can't ask me to choose a favourite cuisine but I mostly cook Italian and Asian food at home.
- Sport - I've always watched football and rugby and I'm a Formula 1 convert (I even dragged my husband to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix as a stop on our month long honeymoon!)
- Travel - I love to travel with my husband and so far we have been to 5 of the 7 continents.

Your wedding photos aren't just there to remind you how the day looked, my goal is to make sure they remind you exactly how it felt!
My approach
I’m a candid wedding photographer, which means I focus on capturing your day as it truly happens, but am here for some gentle guidance if needed. I look for the natural, unposed moments, the laughter, the happy tears, the little glances — all the things that make your love story unique. Every couple is different, and that’s what inspires me most.
The name Pearl Tide holds special meaning. Pearls are rare and precious, like the connection between two people in love. Tide speaks to the natural, free-spirited style I bring to my photography and the couples I love working with. It’s about embracing the real and letting your day unfold in its own beautiful way.
